Eligible cookware in these collections: Toughened Non-stick, Toughened Non-stick PRO, Signature Stainless Steel, Classic Stainless Steel or Essential Non-stick Ceramic (sets or open stock items) must be returned to Le Creuset within 90 days of purchase date to be eligible for a refund. Please see below for refund specific details.
An original receipt/proof of purchase and the Money Back Claim Form must be included for a full refund. We recommend participants retain copies of each for their own records, as the originals cannot be returned.

Returns may be made at any Le Creuset retail store, regardless of original place of purchase.

Terms and Conditions
This Offer is made strictly in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. By completing and submitting the claim form participants confirm their acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Subject to the other limitations below, this offer applies only to qualifying retail purchases of Le Creuset Toughened Non-stick, Toughened Non-stick Pro, Signature Stainless Steel, Classic Stainless Steel and Essential Non-stick Ceramic cookware (“Eligible Cookware”) purchased for household use by U.S. resident consumers from Le Creuset of America, Inc. (“Le Creuset”) or its authorized retailers beginning June 1, 2020 as part of the 90-day Money Back promotion (the “Money Back Promotion”). Le Creuset reserves the right to discontinue the Money Back Promotion at any time in its sole discretion.
Eligible Cookware must be returned to Le Creuset within 90 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
This offer is valid for Eligible Cookware purchased directly from Le Creuset or its authorized retailers. It is not available for customers purchasing cookware for commercial use or for customers not purchasing the Eligible Cookware in retail sales for household use.
Claims for Eligible Cookware may be made directly to Le Creuset at a Le Creuset retail or outlet store by returning the Eligible Cookware and providing a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Claims for Eligible Cookware may also be made directly to Le Creuset at the address below (postage prepaid and properly packaged) by returning the Eligible Cookware along with a valid receipt or proof of purchase and a fully-completed Money Back Claim Form found here. You will bear the costs of delivering these items.
Eligible Cookware returned at a Le Creuset retail or outlet store will be refunded in U.S. dollars in the same form as original payment at location upon return of the Eligible Cookware and Le Creuset’s confirmation of the purchase price by valid receipt or proof of purchase. Eligible Cookware returned to Le Creuset at the address below will be refunded in U.S. dollars by check within 30 days after Le Creuset’s receipt of the Eligible Cookware and valid receipt or proof of purchase, and fully-completed Money Back Claim Form as described above. An original receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the returned Eligible Cookware and the fully-completed Money Back Claim Form. Participants should retain a copy for their own records as the original cannot be returned.
Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
The refund amount will be the retail price paid as shown on the valid receipt or proof of purchase. The refund amount does not include the cost of postage and packaging or delivery to return the Eligible Cookware, the valid receipt or proof of purchase, and fully-completed Money Back Claim Form.
Only Le Creuset will issue the refund, not other retailers or places of purchase. Therefore, submissions and deliveries to other retailers or places of purchase will not be treated as a proper submission and will not be honored.
This offer is open to residents of the United States of America only.
The offer is not open to employees of Le Creuset, their agents, wholesalers, resellers, retail staff, participating stockists or anyone connected with the Money Back Promotion.
Le Creuset reserves the right to disqualify any submission that is (and this offer does not apply to) incomplete or illegible fully-completed Money Back Claim Forms or submissions which have been lost, late, damaged, misdelivered, misdirected, delayed in the post or insufficiently stamped.
Le Creuset’s decision in respect of any and all aspects of the Money Back Promotion will be final and binding.
