OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
SPONSOR: The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Le Creuset of America, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), located at 114 Bob Gifford Blvd, Early Branch, SC 29916.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 p.m. ET on Monday, February 2 2026 and ends at 12:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, February 5, 2026 (the “End Date”).
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is only open to individuals residing in the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Officers, directors, employees, and agents of Le Creuset of America, Inc., its parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliated entities, including the immediate family members of the same (including spouses, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses and persons living in the households of each, whether or not related) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that does not meet these requirements at its sole discretion. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.  Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules. 
PRIZE: There will be one (1) prize winner. The prize winner will receive a Le Creuset Shallow Heart Cocotte in Coastal Blue. (Approximate Retail Value: $175). The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of greater or equal value in its sole discretion. The Prize cannot be redeemed for cash. Winning a prize is contingent upon performing all obligations required by and otherwise complying with these Official Rules. THE WINNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REPORTING AND PAYING ALL INCOME, SALES, OR EXCISE TAXES, AS WELL AS ANY COSTS AND EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE EVEN IF THOSE COSTS ARE NOT SPECIFIED HEREIN. THE SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR AND WILL NOT PAY ANY SUCH TAXES OR OTHER COSTS.
ODDS: The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
HOW TO ENTER: There is one (1) way to enter the Sweepstakes: 1) Visit your Instagram account V(www.instagram.com/) and follow @lecreuset on Instagram. 2) Join the @lecreuset Broadcast Channel “What’s Cooking”. 3) Respond to prompt with what you would make with your Shallow Heart Cocotte. Submissions must be received by the End Date. No substitutions or new versions of the Submission will be accepted under any circumstances once the original Submission is submitted for consideration. Any Submission that is considered by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion to be obscene, pornographic, libelous, hate speech or otherwise objectionable, in whole or in part, will be disqualified and will not be eligible for entry. Any communication or information transmitted to Sponsor by e-mail or otherwise is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Sponsor shall have no liability for any Submission that is lost, intercepted or not received by Sponsor. Sponsor is the official time keeper for the Sweepstakes. All entry information and materials, including any copy of the Submission submitted to Sponsor, become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. You are providing your information to Sponsor not to Instagram. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries received after the Sweepstakes Period are void. All entry information and materials become the property of the Sponsor upon entry and will not be acknowledged or returned.
SELECTION OF WINNER: A random drawing will be conducted among all eligible entries received. All results of the drawing are final and binding and subject to these Official Rules. If a winning entry is discovered to be void or invalid for any reason, including, if the winning entry fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.
NOTICE TO WINNER: The Sponsor will attempt to notify the winner(s) via Instagram direct message on or about February 5, 2026. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify a potential winner.
VERIFICATION OF WINNER: Potential winners may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and/or publicity release, as permitted by applicable law. If any potential winner fails to sign and return any such documents provided by Sponsor within seven (7) days of prize notification, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor is not responsible for any telecommunications, network, electronic or any technical failures of any kind. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries. Entries that do not comply with these Official Rules are not qualified to participate. Sponsor has the sole right to determine if an entry complies with these Official Rules.
CONDITIONS: Each entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, affiliated entities, shareholders, employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers from any liability arising from or related to the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, personal injury, death, property damage, or claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants consent to the use of their name, likeness, image and biographical data for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.  BECAUSE SPONSOR COLLECTS PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM ENTRANTS ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, SPONSOR ENCOURAGES ALL ENTRANTS TO REVIEW ITS PRIVACY POLICY, WHICH CAN BE REVIEWED AT https://www.lecreuset.com/privacy-policy.html. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes or modify these Official Rules as necessary for any reason or as required by applicable law.  Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify from the Sweepstakes, and ban from any future promotions, any person it believes to have intentionally violated these Official Rules or tampered with any element of the Sweepstakes without notice to the disqualified or banned person.  ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS.  SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 
DISPUTES: The rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, as well as the construction, validity, and enforcement of these Official Rules, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflicts of laws principles. Any claims arising out of the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules must be brought in the federal or state courts located in or near Early Branch, South Carolina.

The Service may not be available on all wireless carriers. LeCreuset of America may add or remove any wireless carrier from the Service at any time without notice. LeCreuset of America and mobile carriers are not responsible for any undue delays, failure of delivery, or errors in messages.

To Stop the Service

To stop receiving text messages from LeCreuset of America text the word STOP to 89704 any time or reply STOP to any of the text messages you have received from LeCreuset. After texting STOP to 89704 you will receive one additional message confirming that your request has been processed.
