After lecreuset.com approves your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with an anticipated shipping date. A shipment confirmation email will be sent when the merchandise has left our fulfillment center. Track your shipment through the UPS website using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.

In-stock merchandise is usually processed and shipped from our fulfillment center within three business days of the order's approval. With the exception of holidays, orders placed after 2:00 PM EST usually ship in 48 hours. Please refer to your shipment confirmation email for delivery details. Our fulfillment center does not process orders on national holidays such as Christmas Day.

Returns & Exchanges

To redeem, select "gift card" as your payment method during checkout. You will be instructed to enter the gift card number and the amount from the gift card that you wish to apply to your order.
When your e-Gift Card is emailed to the recipient, you will receive an email confirmation stating your order has been shipped. This confirmation will be sent to the email address specified during the checkout process.

Registry
Le Creuset's registry is powered by MyRegistry.com. Simply provide some basic information and create a username and password. This username and password is separate from your Le Creuset customer login. However, feel free to use the same information if you'd like. You may log in either through lecreuset.com's registry page, or on MyRegistry.com.
After you create your registry, you will receive a confirmation email from MyRegistry.com to complete your account. Only a completed account can be found in the search box. If you have completed your account and it still is not searchable, please check your settings to make sure your registry is not set to "Private."
Begin by logging in to your account. Under "Announce Your Registry" you will see multiple ways of sharing your registry.
Once logged in to your account, click the My Settings tab. You can enter your address in your profile information. Once you add shipping information, it will display for your website visitors when they click "Shipping Info" at the top of your registry.
Under the Manage Gifts tab, check the small box next to the gift(s) you like to delete. Then click the "Delete" button above your gift list.
You can easily make an item available again for purchase under the Manage Gifts tab. Just locate the item that you wish to make available again and click the link "Make Available Again."
Yes, guests can easily purchase items locally in a Le Creuset store. They must let the store associate know they are purchasing from a registry, so that the item may be marked as "Purchased" on the gift list.
If an item on your registry is no longer in stock, you will see the message "unavailable." To remove the out-of-stock item from your registry, click "Delete this item from my gift list."
