Mini Round Cocottes

Colorful Mini Round Cocottes are a versatile way of preparing everything from rich dips to Spiced Marcona Almonds and even Apple Pie Baked Brie.  And with the coordinating lid, these dishes are excellent for prepping and storage as well. The smaller 8-ounce version is perfect for individual appetizers and starters.  And the slightly larger 14-ounce cocottes work well for decadent shared appetizers with multiple elements such as our recipe for Baked Ricotta with Roasted Garlic and Fruit Compote.
