Michelin-starred Chef Pim Techamuanvivit of Nari restaurant in San Francisco shared this fragrant and delicious Massaman red curry recipe with us. She told us that the Deep Oven is a great pot for making Thai-style curries because the higher sides help prevent oil from spitting everywhere. Chef Pim also told us that depending on the fattiness of your short ribs and your coconut milk, you may end up with a thick layer of bright red oil in the pot after you finish cooking. You can scoop out some of the oil and use it as a delicious, mildly spiced chili oil that adds loads of flavor to your other noodle soup recipes.

White Bean, Sausage and Kale Soup
Hearty and rustic, this soup is a modern version of a classic Tuscan recipe. The Deep Oven is ideal for making it since the light-colored interior enamel has a smooth finish to promote caramelization of the aromatics and sausage, and allows easy monitoring of the cooking progress.
