Yes. We’ll check the ID to match the name on the ticket. At least one person in your group must be the registered ticket holder. If the registered ticket holder is not present, you will not be allowed entry. ID may also be required for credit card purchases.

Yes. You can purchase up to 4 tickets for any session. Ticketholders who attempt to purchase more than 4 tickets for a single session may have their tickets canceled and refunded.
No. Le Creuset only guarantees the authenticity of tickets purchased through our ticketing system, TicketSpice.

Yes. Our ticketing site uses a virtual queue to keep things running smoothly. It helps manage the flow and prevents the site from crashing.

No, returns or exchanges cannot be made in retail stores. Products purchased at the Factory to Table event with manufacturer defects may be returned or exchanged on-site during the event only. All other purchases are final sale.
