Factory to Table FAQs
Thursday and Friday Premier tickets are $20. Saturday and Sunday General Admission tickets are $10. Tax and service fees apply.
Taxes and processing fees are applied to all ticket purchases to cover required state and local taxes, as well as the costs of secure ticketing and payment processing.
All tickets are final sale and non-refundable.
Event hours are Thursday – Friday 9:30 am – 5:30 pm, Saturday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm and Sunday 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. Entry is available only at your scheduled session time.

Yes. We'll check the ID to match the name on the ticket. At least one person in your group must be the ticket holder. We will ask for a picture ID when paying with a debit or credit card.

Yes. You can purchase up to two (2) tickets for any shopping session. Ticket holders who attempt to purchase more than two (2) tickets for a single session may have their tickets in excess of two canceled and refunded.

Yes. Our ticketing site uses a waiting room to keep things running smoothly at 1,000 concurrent ticket buyers. This helps manage the flow and prevents the site from crashing.
Ticket buyers are placed in line, in the order they enter the waiting room, when the site goes live. You will automatically enter the check out flow once your turn is up.
Yes. We do have a waitlist that is managed by our partner, Eventbrite. If you are interested in joining the waitlist, enter your personal information. If a ticket becomes available, you will be notified by email. You will have four (4) hours to accept the tickets. If you do not complete your ticket purchase at the allotted time, it will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.
Yes, if you enter before your designated end time of your ticketed shopping session. At the end of your shopping session, we kindly ask that all guests exit the building so we can prepare for the next group. If you arrive after your session time, we’ll try to make every accommodation we can for entry.
Children under 10 get in free with a ticketed adult.
Only service animals are allowed in destination events.
Tickets are protected in your cart for five (5) minutes. If you do not complete your transaction within the allotted time, the tickets in your cart will become available to other consumers.
