Charred Old Bay Corn

6 ears corn, husked

Avocado oil, for brushing

Old Bay seasoning, for serving

Lemon wedges, for serving

Chopped green onions, for serving

RECIPE NOTES

Sweet, savory and citrus notes come together in this easy grilled side. Charred corn develops caramelized edges and smoky depth while staying tender at the center. It brings bold, coastal flavor to outdoor gatherings, balancing natural sweetness with savory spice and a clean citrus finish.

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F). Place the Alpine Outdoor Square Grill Basket on the grill to preheat for 5 minutes.

Remove husks and silk from the corn. Depending on the size, you can cut each ear in half to create shorter pieces that fit comfortably in the grill basket. Lightly coat the corn with avocado oil.

Add the corn to the preheated grill basket in a single layer. Close the grill lid and cook 12–15 minutes, rotating the corn throughout to promote even charring. Cook until the kernels are tender and lightly blistered with caramelized edges.

Sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning, freshly squeezed lemon juice and chopped green onions and serve warm.
