Deliciously Simple Sheet Pan Meal Recipes

What’s not to love about an entire meal that you can make on a single sheet pan? With minimal prep and easy cleanup, it’s no wonder that sheet pan meals have become so popular. Even our chef friends over at the Momofuku Culinary Lab have jumped on the sheet pan supper band wagon. So we asked Chef David Chang and his team to create some recipes that are both simple and delicious. They feature the signature bold flavors of his new line of sauces and seasonings that bring that amazing Momofuku flavor straight to your home kitchen.

All of the recipes use just our Non-stick Metal Sheet Pans (and maybe a saucepan or ziplock bag here or there). These heavy-gauge carbon steel pans are durable so they can stand up to whatever you load on them – even a whole duck – and have superior heat conduction for uniform and even browning. The innovative silicone coating will ensure that the food doesn’t end up stuck to the pan, and cleanup is just as effortless as the recipes themselves.

roasted duck

Soy Glazed Duck with Tingly Broccolini

Whole roasted duck might seem like a dish only for special occasions, but this simplified recipe means you can make every day a celebration. The duck is bathed in a sweet and savory honey-soy glaze, and roasts alongside oranges, onions and broccolini to create a most delicious one sheet pan meal. Bring the whole duck straight from the oven to the table for an impressive presentation.

steak

Soy-Marinated Flank Steak with Smashed Potatoes

Steak and potatoes cook together on the same sheet pan, and are finished with a tangy herb sauce and seasoned sour cream in this tribute to a delicious steak dinner at home. Broiling the steak is a clever way to avoid making a mess on your stove and dirtying yet another pan. But the key ingredient in this recipe is the secret umami-packed Momofuku Savory Seasoned Salt blend which is used in every step.

roasted scallions and fish

Ginger Scallion Fish Ssäm with Charred Onions

This recipe has been a mainstay on the menu at David Chang’s restaurant Ssäm Bar for years. With a thin filet of fish, it’s done in minutes making it perfect for busy weeknights. Serve the fish wrapped in crunchy bibb lettuce leaves, along with the charred onions, kimchi, hoisin sauce and a generous dollop of Momofuku Chili Crunch for a punch of flavor.

breakfast

Bacon, Egg and Cheese Breakfast Potatoes

Sheet pan meals are not just reserved for dinners, what about a sheet pan breakfast? Or even better, breakfast for dinner? The key to having everything perfectly cooked at the same time is to layer the ingredients in stages onto a Large Sheet Pan. Perfect for a weekend brunch, this recipe is a great way to use up those odds and ends of vegetables hanging out in your fridge.

pork chops

Pork Chops with Korean Marinade and Spicy Carrots

Take the old 'shake-and-bake' concept to a whole new level. Pork chops and carrots are tossed with a sweet and spicy Korean-style marinade in a ziplock bag (once again, for easy cleanup), and then roasted together. You can use any kind of root vegetables, squash or even sweet potatoes instead of the carrots. And be sure not to skip the optional pickled jalapeños for an extra punch of heat.
