In developing our appealing new hue, we were particularly inspired by fleur de sel, the famous French salt traditionally harvested from the cool gray-green waters off the coast of Brittany.
Fleur de sel means “flower of salt,” a name taken from the blossom-like shape of salt crystals that form as a thin crust on the surface of seawater. This hand-harvested salt offers a concentrated, delicate flavor used to finish food just before serving.
