Fragrant, warm spices and tangy olives add plenty of flavor to this hearty stew, and a squeeze of lemon and fresh herbs at the end brightens the flavor. One pound of kale leaves might sound like a lot, but they will quickly wilt in the generous depth of the Signature Soup Pot to create a silky base for the chicken and potatoes. Zesty Tortellini Sausage Soup

If a less spicy soup is preferred, feel free to use regular Italian sausage and omit the pepper flakes. Sesame Ginger Meatball Soup

Skip takeout on a cool fall night with this Asian-inspired soup that delivers plenty of bold, delicious flavor. The tender pork meatballs are quick to make, but if you’re short on time simply sauté the pork in the Dutch Oven before adding the rest of the soup ingredients. For an impressive presentation, transform the round loaves made in the Bread Oven into a bread bowl. Cut off a thin slice across the top of the boule and hollow out some of the bread inside (save these bits to make tasty croutons later).
