      Round Dutch Ovens (test)

Since 1925, Le Creuset cast iron has been recognized for its strength and durability. Cast individually in sand molds, then hand-inspected by French artisans, each piece represents a rich heritage and continues a tradition of lasting, authentic design.

      Heat Retention

Cast iron distributes heat slowly and evenly over the entire vessel, making it ideal for all forms of cooking, whether slow-cooking, roasting, searing, stir-frying or baking.

      Smooth Interior Enamel

The glass-like finish in our ovens and braisers promotes caramelization, resists staining and prevents sticking to make cleanup easy.

      Black Interior Enamel

The black interior of our skillets is specially formulated for high-temperature cooking, and does not require seasoning.

Comments about Le Creuset Signature Saucepan:

Making Irish oatmeal for the kiddos can be a challenge, but, much easier with this excellent interior and even heat. Making sugar syrup for sorbét is also easy, excellent. Really good looking also

Comments about Le Creuset Signature Saucepan:

I have used Le Creuset products for years and was very excited to purchase this after saving for a while. It has almost everything you expect from Le Creuset--beauty, even heating, easy to hold. However it spills all over when you pour liquid from it, which, sadly makes it almost impossible to use as most applications require pouring. My old pot had a rounded edge that poured like a dream. I wish I could return this pot. It's too expensive to make a mess all over the counter or stove when I need to pour from it.
