        Comments about Le Creuset Panini Press:

        The best press for use w/ LeCruset Square Grill. The cover is large enough to completely cover whatever's in the grill, which means everything cooks evenly. It's a bit heavy, but that's exactly what's wanted in a press.

        My favorite use for it is when making paninis, although it works very well for stove top grilling of a steak, pork chop, or fish.

        I've had my Square Grill and Panini Press for so long that I no longer remember when I got them - perhaps 10 or more years? Being Le Creuset, they look as good as the day I got them, and I use them a lot.
