  • Returns and Exchanges

    LeCreuset.com is pleased to provide Le Creuset brand and other quality products. We believe the quality and craftsmanship in each item will provide years of satisfaction. However, if within 90 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item for an exchange or refund of its value.

    The following policies apply to all returns:

    • The orignal receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns.
    • Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender. Returns with a gift receipt will be exchanged or refunded with a merchandise credit for the value indicated on the gift receipt.
    • For gift card returns, the full value must remain on the gift card. The full amount will be credited to the buyer's credit card.
    • Please allow 10 - 14 days for the return to be processed following receipt of your return.
    • Le Creuset products are crafted to meet a high standard of quality. If you believe a product to be defective, it may be returned based on the warranty for the specific item. The warranty for each item is included in the item's box. Please refer to it before attempting to return the item. Le Creuset reserves the right to determine if the product has been used in a manner that would violate the warranty.

    To return or exchange an item, you must phone our Consumer Services to obtain a Returns Authorization Merchandise (RMA) number. The toll-free numer for Consumer Services is 1-877-418-5547. The RMA number will allow LeCreuset.com to associate your returned item with your purchase, reducing the possibility of a handling discrepancy that might occur when the product is received by our distribution center.

    When returning an item, please complete the returns form on back of the packing slip included with your shipping. Include the completed packing slip with your return to allow us to process your return quickly and accurately. Use a shipping carrier most convenient for you, and send the package to:

  • Shipping and Handling

    Shipping Policies

    • LeCreuset.com ships to addresses in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
    • Merchandise will only be sent to valid street addresses; there is no delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
    • Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is available for an additional fee.
    • Shipment to multiple locations from a single order is currently not available.
    • Multiple items ordered at the same time may not always be shipped together. Your shipment confirmation email will have tracking numbers for each shipment related to an order.
    • Your delivery charge will be based on the total merchandise amount per address.

    Order Processing Time

    In-stock merchandise is usually processed and shipped from our fulfillment center within three business days of the order's approval. With the exception of holidays, orders placed after 2:00 PM EST usually ship the next business day. Please refer to your shipment confirmation e-mail for delivery details. The LeCreuset.com fulfillment center does not process orders on national holidays such as Independence Day or Thanksgiving Day.

    All orders are subject to credit approval before they can be fulfilled.

    Delivery Methods & Time

    LeCreuset.com offers several modes of delivery for your order. These include Standard UPS Ground, UPS 2-Day and UPS Next-Day delivery.

    All delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed by LeCreuset.com. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact UPS using the e-mail sent to you when you ordered your item.

    Order Confirmation and Tracking

    LeCreuset.com will send an e-mail after order approval acknowledging your order and provide an anticipated shipping date. A follow-up e-mail will be sent when the merchandise has left our fulfillment center. That e-mail will contain a UPS tracking number. Clicking on that number will bring you to the specific UPS page for your shipment where you can track the shipment.

    Each confirmation e-mail contains a UPS tracking number. Clicking on that number in your e-mail will automatically bring you to the specific UPS page where you can track or validate the status of your shipment.

    Damage or Loss During Shipping

    LeCreuset.com is not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur during transit. Please use the tracking number in your shipment confirmation email and contact UPS regarding any problems with your shipment.

    • Expect delivery within four to six business days.
    • Shipping is available only for the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Special rates apply outside the continental United States.

    • Weekend and holiday delivery is not available.

    SHIPPING SURCHARGE

    Based on size and/or weight, certain items bear a shipping surcharge. Shipping surcharges are shown on product pages before you place an item in your shopping cart, and will be added to the total shipping cost of your order.

    When you ship items to multiple addresses, you will need to process each order as a separate transaction.

  • Gift Cards

    Gift cards purchased on LeCreuset.com are electronic and delivered via email to the recipient specified at time of purchase. Gift cards do not expire.

    Purchasing Gift Cards & Gift Card Delivery

    You can purchase a gift card online here or by calling Consumer Services at 877-418-5547.

    After your electronic gift card is emailed to the recipient, you will receive an email confirmation stating your order has been shipped. This confirmation will be sent to the email addres you entered during the checkout process.

    Redeeming Gift Cards

    • To redeem a gift card on LeCreuset.com, select “Gift Card” as your payment method during the checkout process. You will be instructed to enter the gift card number and the amount from the gift card that you wish to apply to your order.
    • If the value of the gift card is less than the total cost of your order, you will be asked to provide your credit card information to cover the remaining balance.
    • If your order total is less than the value of your gift card, the unused value will remain on the card for a future purchase. Gift cards do not expire.
