Fully forged, full-tang blades are made of high-carbon stainless steel for superior edge retention and resistance to rust and tarnish. Pressure-molded beech wood handles are bonded with epoxy and stained in our exclusive Grey Stamina finish. The slicing knife combines maximum blade surface area with a thin blade, perfect for slicing a roast or pork loin into individual portions.
