What is the Factory to Table event?
Le Creuset, maker of the world's most trusted and treasured premium cookware, is proud to announce the first ever Factory-to-Table sales event. The event will feature special discounts on a large selection of Le Creuset products from around the world, including colors and shapes rarely seen in the American marketplace. All categories will be represented including cast iron, stoneware, enamel on steel, stainless steel, tools and accessories.

Local chef appearances, daily deals and drawings, activities for children and more will take place throughout the event.

What are the event dates and hours?
September 15th – 18th- Thursday – Sunday Doors open at 10:00 and the event ends at 7:00 sharp.

Do I need to pre-register for the event?
Yes, pre- registration is required for Thursday, September 15 and Friday, September 16. We recommend that you do pre-register for Saturday, September 17 and Sunday, September 18 to avoid registration lines onsite.

Is there a fee associated with registration?
Thursday, September 15 and Friday, September 16 is required to purchase two hour shopping sessions for $5.00 each. 100% of ticket sales will benefit Lowcountry Food Bank, Green Heart Project, and the Culinary Institute of Charleston.

Saturday, September 17 and Sunday, September 18 it is required to register at the event however there is not a fee associated with entry. VIP Fast Pass tickets will be available to purchase for $5.00 to skip the lines at entry and check-out. 100% of proceeds going to charity partners- Low country Food Bank, Green Heart Project, and the Culinary Institute of Charleston

Can I register on site the day of the event?

Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
Yes, a confirmation will be sent to your email address provided after you register online.

Do I need to bring my ticket to the day of the event?
Yes, please bring the printable ticket that has been sent to the email address provided or bring the digital ticket on your phone.

What if I cannot find my registration/ticket the day of the sale?
We strongly encourage you to bring your ticket to the sale. If in the event you lose your ticket and realize before the day of the sale please email factorytotable@lecreuset.com and we can email you a confirmation. On location at the sale we can assist you; however it will take some time for you to gain entry into the event.

Will there be a cap on sales?
There will not be a cap on sales; however, we have the right to refuse all purchases which we suspect are for retail sales.

What product categories will be at the sale?
All categories will be represented including cast iron, stoneware, and enamel on steel, stainless steel, tools and accessories.

Will product be able to be returned after the event to receive a refund?
No, ALL SALES WILL BE FINAL.

May I bring children?
Children under 12 are free on all four days of the event and are welcome to attend. In fact we will have children’s activities on site inclusive of coloring stations, photo booths and selfie stations. Supervision for your own children is required.

How will purchases be handled?
Cash and credit cards only. No checks and no gift cards.
