We like to say that all of our skillets can easily go from oven to table, but that leaves out half of the story. Skillets can do a whole lot more and in the case of the best cooked steaks, first seared then broiled then served grill marks and all, should. The satin black interior does not require the traditional seasoning or maintenance of raw cast iron. As the surface’s natural patina builds, less oil is required and cooking performance is enhanced.
