    Comments about Le Creuset Classic Pan-Seared Rib-Eye Steak:

    I used this recipe recently to cook several very high quality beef fillets. We recently moved and sold out last grill with the house, so we are temporarily "grill-less".

    I'll admit I was skeptical. The Le Creuset square skillet was in my collection so I pulled it out. The guests LOVED the steaks and couldn't say enough good things about them. I would do this again in a heartbeat.
