            I love this pan. I make crepes often and find this pan easy to use. I generally put a thin coating of shortening on the surface before I heat the pan. In addition, a proper crepe recipe will have enough butter that I never really have trouble with sticking UNLESS I try to turn the crepe too early. GREAT addition to the kitchen!
