Fully forged, full-tang blades are made of high-carbon stainless steel for superior edge retention and resistance to rust and tarnish. Pressure-molded beech wood handles are bonded with epoxy and stained in our exclusive Grey Stamina finish. Slicing, dicing and mincing are easy tasks with the Santoku knife. Unbolstered and minimally curved, the wide blade provides maximum contact for cutting efficiency.
